1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, submitting our quote form, or approving an estimate for service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Services & Estimates
- Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after an on-site evaluation, and may vary based on conditions discovered during the work (e.g., the extent of masonry deterioration, hidden damage, or access). We will always seek approval before performing additional work.
- Service area: We serve Connecticut and the surrounding New England region. The quote tool will let you know if your address is outside our service area.
- Access: You agree to provide our team with safe and clear access to the property to perform the requested services.
- Scheduling: We strive to adhere to scheduled service windows but cannot guarantee specific times due to weather, permitting delays, or job complexity.
3. Online Quote Tool
- Quote requests: The online quote tool collects basic details about the service you need so we can follow up. It is a request for a quote, not a binding offer. Your final scope and price are confirmed only in a written proposal after our team reviews your project.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate contact and address information. Submitting false information may cause us to decline service.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required for masonry and chimney projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Cash, and Online Payments.
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
5. Warranties and Liability
- Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship. The specific warranty terms for your project are set out in your written proposal. Warranties do not cover damage caused by "Acts of God" (hurricanes, storms, falling trees, earthquakes), ordinary wear, water intrusion from sources outside the scope of work, or unauthorized modifications.
- Limitation of Liability: Champs Masonry & Chimney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
6. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after permitting has been submitted or materials have been ordered may be subject to a cancellation fee or compensation for non-refundable materials.
7. Communications
You agree to receive automated notifications (SMS/Email) regarding your project status. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate.
8. Privacy & Tracking Technologies
